I can only assume people haven`t yet discovered it but you all should really give it a try: The Telegram

It`s a Supernatural AU, set in turn-of-the-century (that still refers to the 1900-period, right? because 2000 wasn`t very magical) San Francisco and the way the author keeps in the language of that time alone is great. Also, you can tell a buttload of research and care for details went into it. It features Dean/Sam but not graphic.

And the cover art is amazing and Sam and Dean in period costumes, turn of the century, look adorable. Even if Wincest isn`t your thing, you should take a peek.

Noone whumps the boys quite like she does - and I mean that in the best possible way, of course. :)

Considering I read slave!Dean Wincest today--and even though it disturbed me I kept on reading but skipping the naughty bits--I guess I'm ready for almost every kind of Wincest now. *nod* I've proved the world just how selective reading can be ;-)

The AU where John bought little Dean as a kid to take care of Baby!Sam? Because I really liked that one.

This fic is nothing in comparison to the two post!Hell plotbunnies I got up my sleeve that I'll even maybe one day will write

Though I did find it a bit amusing that Jensen got a Golden Retriever to help him. In my huge angsty fic where Sam's in a wheelchair he gets a Golden Retriever too--and I've got an icon to prove it!

I think they're the most common breed for assistant/service dogs...whatever you call a "Behindertenbegleithund" in English. Retrievers and labradors.

The really, really dark one where he gets taken and programmed as a sex slave? Because I had trouble going through later chapters, it was just to relentlessly dark, brutal and graphic rape and everything. A wonder everybody - including me - did not slit their wrists.

It`s the same with Evil!Sam-fics, I only like them if Sam, no matter how evil, still acts lovingly and protective towards Dean.

From phantisma I`d say "Brother`s Keeper" is a better choice. It starts dark and angsty but has sweet and loving parts as well.

I read bits of that too. Maybe her writing style just isn't for me, I don't know. It wasn't bad but it didn't grab me that much.
