Just catching a few minutes of Moonlight in German. Eek. Who chose these voices? Piper from Charmed for the female lead sounds as meek and gentle as, well, Piper from Charmed. And Mick`s voice is just wrong, wrong, wrong. *twitch*

Bit of trivia about me: I love vampire stories. I will watch and read pretty much anything in that field. And I mean: ANYTHING. There are bodice rippers and harlequin vampire-style and I freaking read them. (A three-book romance novel trifecta was even surprisingly good and touching. *g*)

And right now I`m catching up on both "Blood Ties" and "Moonlight". Now on one hand I don`t have to rush anything because they`re both cancelled. On the other, they`re both freaking cancelled and I haven`t even gotten to the point yet where I could see if I LIKE either show (just watched two of each). So if I do, what do I have to look forward to? Cancellation, that`s what. Open endings, probably. Grr. *fangs*

Now I see a new show is coming out, "True Blood". And what do you know, it`s a vampire show. Should I even bother? Okay, I know I will but why do networks? Or rather why don`t they? Has the theme gone somewhat out of style or what? Because if one after another fails, it does look curious. Also not so good.

Because what I also like? Being given time to invest in a show.
