Why is the Stargate closed?

Okay, both Stargate and Stargate: Atlantis finished their latest Seasons some time ago, didn`t they?

So why the fuck aren`t the singular Volume whatever DVDs out yet? Legal issues? Not dubbed yet? I don`t want to buy them but I used to get them on loan so I could watch. Last year I had pretty much finished both Seasons (9 and 2) by June or July. And they were out before they came on TV too so what`s going on? I haven`t watched both in over a year. I hardly remember the SG:A Season 2 Finale. :(

Also apparently the Season 2 DVD of SG:A has audio commentaries on EVERY episode? Why then do I have to live with a measly two for SPN? Writers? Directors? Even guest actors? Grumpf.

They haven't finished their seasons in the States, they've been shown in Canada and the UK, but the second half only started up again a few weeks ago. I think they're up to Talion and Sunday.

Oh, thanks for the info. I was so sure they were finished. Probably got confused by those insane 3/4? month mid-Season hiatus. Whoever thought that was a good idea?
So I guess I`ll have to wait a few more months before DVDs will be coming out. Sigh.
