astri13Am back. Finally. Stupid Bahn. Had a great time at the FFF - Films, Food, Freckles. :)
I was also mood-spoiled about the new SG:A episode. So naturally, I decided to go out and read stuff to become spoil-spoiled. *g*
So, I hope I got that right?
This dude was working the do-me-mojo on everybody but a cold-ridden Sheppard. Women and Men equally. So, it included Beckett, Teyla, Ronon, Weir and McKay. A-ha, another beuatiful day to get date-raped in the Pegasus galaxy. *cough* Yet frankly, Weir is so weak and indecisive, I don`t see how you need a magic drug to do aynthing she doesn`t want you/ you want to do.
Anyway it ends with McKay using the drug/stuff on Sheppard who was at that point the only one susceptible to it? And McKay knew that? So basically McKay had Love Potion Nr.9 and he CHOSE to use it on Sheppard, yes? Wow, have the writers given up on their silly het phantasies finally? *g*
Also, bad McKay. Using coercive means for hawt sex - okay. Using them for cleaning duties - not okay. I`m sure Sheppard will punish him in the Sheppard way of almost getting himself killed, leaving Rodney to worry his ass off. That, or getting it on with another pre/post/or not at all ascended chippie on some backwater planet.
Also a few words about Aquaman
I can`t for the life of me understand why this wasn`t made into a show. It had EVERYTHING. A non-sensical plot, cliché dialogues and characters, laughable special effects, a boring title hero with lame-ass powers who looked disturbingly like a blonde, stoned Ben Affleck and not to forget sucky actors. The Chloe and the Lana chick looked so similar, they could be easily confused. I liked the evil Siren actress best when she burned on the ceiling in SPN and the lead bought things to a whole new low.
It could have been so bad and snarktastic. *sniff* And all the little innuendos connected with water: the ratings tanked, the show keeps sinking etc. We were robbed of all that. *shakes head sadly*
