I checked back in with the job center because I still have no answer about the job and the woman I spoke to didn`t know for sure but it looks as I didn`t get it. There is a dim possibility I will get news tommorrow or Friday but she doesn`t think so.

I already kinda suspected when my "inside source" told me they were looking to hire older folks, 40 plus. When I did the IQ-test-thingie, apart from myself and one other girl everybody looked that age. Huh. Why invite me at all then? Could have spend my time better than waiting for them to get it together.
And I guess the no-car was an issue too. *sigh*

Back to searching again. :/

huh... sorry to hear that. :(

They are probably searching people for employers service (same work I'm doing). It's the only part of the job you'd need a car for. Plus, they are all afraid of ReSi (aka The Big Bad Test to find out if they are all working according to the new rules). ReSi will mostly check employers service (at least in Hessen), so they will most probably get new people for that service...at which point we are back at the no car problem.

Still, I don't have a car either and they took me anyway... hm.

Who knows what it was about. Maybe I was too quiet/not forceful enough again even though they told I did good in the role-play stuff during the interview.

Well, I kinda filed it away now. I was even looking around a bit for a car but until I get a real income again that`s not gonna happen. Right now I have to keep it together for Asylum anyway. :)

Danke. Und ich wünsch dir einen guten Start in Berlin und im neuen Job. Das braucht sicher erstmal alles seine Gewöhnungszeit aber bestimmt wird es auch toll. *daumen drück*
