Oh my, Wrongda broke the fandom last night. And god, even her guess-work doesn`t make sense with the names she named. Her inside knowledge is awful and her interviews cringeworthy, why is she still working in the industry? :/

Date: 2007-03-06 01:39 pm (UTC)Sure, of all the CW shows SPN and GG are the troublesome ones. Uh uh. The only reason GG is ending will be if the actors wave bye-bye.
She said the same thing last year and when the renewal notice came out she predicted it had only been renewed for 13 episodes even though it was the only show that got a full episode order from the beginning.
Way back when she also swore Spike would not join Angel Season 5. And so on.
I don`t think she was ever really right on those things, hence the "Wrongda" nickname.
Every other TV insider predicts the show to be renewed. I guess she likes to rile up fans needlessly. *sigh*

Date: 2007-03-06 01:50 pm (UTC)That`s everything I`ve been hearing too. And now we have this promo contest which is in cooperation with the CW and the finals are held in June. Wouldn`t it be a tad embarassing for the network if they went: "Here are these awesome promos for Supernatural, you know the show that was cancelled in May". *headdesk*
Also people seem to be thinking the CW should cancel just about everything. Oh, and what will they air instead? If say GG, Seventh Heaven, Veronica Mars, One Tree Hill and the comedys go that leaves them five empty hours. Networks are hard-pressed filling two or three with new succesful shows.
Just think what it could do if it were properly promoted and given the right time slot!
That`s why I dearly hope we`ll get moved next Season. I mean the show once pulled in ratings in the high 4 to 5 Million, we can at least get back to that. Thursday at 9 p.m. is a no-grow.
