But also that you only saved Dean because he still needed to do this and can croak after? Not smelling too fine right now. If the exchanging your life for Dean part is to mean something than only if you did it for no other reason than to see Dean live. And not because you wanted shit from him. What kind of sacrifice is that? A conditional one?
