The one with the Cottages...

So long, House, you were like an English medical vocabulary crash course ("lupus" and "auto-immune" are words that I personally feel will NEVER leave me, for sheer repetition alone *g*) and, during the first few years, genuinely enjoyable entertainment for me. You were also possibly the show with the most main cast changes I ever watched. Some of which I liked, some of which I really didn't.

Doing Sherlock Holmes as a grumpy, pill-addicted yet genius doctor was a cool and refreshing idea at the time and you went out in the spirit of your "inspiration". ( Slight Spoilers )

When all is said and done, if I had to describe the ending in one word? It would be "sweet". Or maybe "concilliatory". :D

And would you know it took me fucking YEARS to figure out why the TWOP recaps called the doctors on House's team "cottages"? *headdessk*
