My feelings for the latest episode were not so pleasant but I discovered how to improve it tenfold: mute watching. Damn, as a silent movie the ep is kinda...good. At least there was some serious Bambi-eye action. *salivates*

I did that with one of the episodes...I think it was Magnificent Seven...and found it much improved. :) I hope it works for this one, wow this left a really bad taste in the mouth.

Oh by the way did you read that Kripke was on the picket line today. :)

Once you don`t have to hear Bela`s "awesomely funny" barbs, it really improves. I mean "how the legend is so much more than the man"? Really? Really? What a putdown considering it would fit with the utmost certainty on every historical figure ever. A legend is always more than the person, that`s why it is a legend.

Ahahahaha, I just said this on TWoP. Re: Bela, anyway... Lauren's super pretty, but God, the lines they write for that character.

There were things I liked about this ep, though. I think my expectations were rock-bottom because of the reviews I read, so I was pleasantly surprised. :)

Sadly I kind of had the opposite reaction because I couldn`t believe how fumbling and bumbling an idiot they made Dean on occassion. *speechless*

But mute watching really helps.

You know, if Bela stopped talking, I think I would even like her... ;P It's been a very very long time since I felt such intense dislike towards a fictional character. I think the last time it was Cassie on The Sentinel who was - when you consider it - a carbon copy of Bela... or vice versa. She was a better cop than Jim and a better scientist than Blair even though she was both younger and less experienced *shakes head* So, because it was so long ago that I disliked a character it took me completely by surprise and knocked me off my feet. Because, dude, that's not ME being so hateful...

Maybe if Bela lost her voice permanently the character were salvageable?
