Hunting Tally - How many episodic bad guys were taken out and by whom

This is one more of this list-thingies the world doesn`t need and I shouldn`t have spent time on but what the heck. I tallied the hunting successes of the Winchesters so far. Points given only for destruction of the Head Bad Creature and only in case of a kill-strike, also point go to whomever took the final, deciding action even when it was set up as team-work before that. If it was someone of non-Dean or Sam-origin, they get the point. No points also if the bad guy in question takes itself out or stops for whatever reason.

Season 1:

- Woman in White - Sam by driving her into the house
- Wendigo - Dean by shooting it
- DitW - resolved itself
- PT Demon - Sam by exorcism
- Bloody Mary - Dean by holding up the mirror
- Shapeshifter - Dean by shooting it
- Hookman - Dean by melting the last silver
- Bugs - resolved itself
- Home Poltergeist - Mary through sacrifice
- Asylum - Dean salt`n burn
- Sacrecrow - Emily by putting fire to the tree
- SueAnn - Sam by smashing cross
- Route 666 - Dean by luring truck
- Nightmare-Max - resolved itself
- Benders - Sam and Kathleen
- Shadow - no creature truly killed to my mind
- Hell House - Dean by burning down the house
- Sthriga - Dean by shooting it
- Provenance - Dean by burning the doll
- Head-Vamp - John
- Salvation - no creature killed
- Devil`s Trap - see above


Tally:
Dean: 9 kills
Sam: 4 kills
Other: 4 kills
Bad guys resolved themselves: 3
No kills even though there was a hunt and a bad guy in it: 3


Season 2:

- YED/Azazel? - no creature killed
- Rakshasa - Sam by stabbing
- Bloodlust - no head creature killed
- Revenant - Dean by graveslide + stabbing
- Anson - Andy
- H.H.Holmes - no creature killed (though detained at best)
- Crooky Cop - Diana the other cop
- Croatoan - no creature killed
- Hunted - see above
- Playthings - resolved itself, kinda
- Shapshifter 2 - Dean by stabbing
- Ghost!Priest - other priest through last rites
- Meg - no creature killed
- Trickster - no creature killed
- Farmer Roadkill -Sam through salt`n burn
- Werewolf!Madison - Sam through shooting her, though it`s nearly resolved itself with her asking and all
- Guy with amulet - resolved himself
- Nurse Glockner - true-blue team-work? so point to Dean and Sam
- Djinn - Dean through stabbing
- little girl demon? Ava? - no creature killed or points to Jake, whichever
- Azazel - Dean by shooting


Tally:
Dean: 5 kills
Sam: 4 kills
Other: 3 kills - maybe 5 depending on POV
Bad guys resolved themselves: 2
No kills: 8

Season 2 had a lot more situations where the bad guy either escaped or wasn`t exactly kill-material. Getting a bit sloppy there, lads? :-p


Season 3 (so far):

- Seven Deadly Sins: 2 Tamara and 2 Bobby through exorcism, 3 Ruby through shiny knife
- Changeling-Mom: Sam through torching
- does the rabbit`s foot count as a bad guy? Bela? - let`s make it: no creature killed
- 2 demons: Sam through shooting

Dean needs to kill something and quick. As reigning champion, his title is in danger. *g*

LOL! This is cool. I think maybe, though, that part of Dean's character growth is that he's probably not gonna be so quick on the kill switch, and Sam's kinda supposed to be getting a little quicker on the draw. Hmmm, you spent a way lotta time. I'm embarrassed to say, I don't remember about the first four or five episodes of season one. Wasn't really into thw show until Faith, and after that, well, couldn't shake me off with a tazer.

I did it from memory so it didn`t take too long. (And hopefully it is correct.)

I'm embarrassed to say, I don't remember about the first four or five episodes of season one.

I really like Wendigo and DitW even though they aren`t that exciting story-wise but especially the latter has very subtle Dean-moments. Oh those were the days.
And Bloody Mary is one of the few eps that I ever found to be genuinely creepy.

Oh, yeah, I loved those, too, but they came on at liked eleven o'clock here, and I don't usually stay up that late. Hmm, now, maybe I should go back and watch more on my DVDs than the gag reel and Devil's Trap over and over again. LOL.
