That cracked me SO up. "Murder charges? Death penalty? Whatever, dude, I have a ghost to catch." It's like he's that detached from the "real" world, he can't even take its rules seriously. They just don't count for him.
And predictably there have been cries of outrage about why he wasn`t more scared and how his snark was forced in this situation. Three guesses where. :) I find it more sad how apparently he is not capable of some healthy self-centeredness.
And seriously, do you think he'd been in prison for long? Either get gotten away the next few days or we'd seen Sammy get him out...
I don`t think he ever left that examination room and actually was in a cell. It was still the first 48 hours, wasn`t it?
I had some Prison Break fatasies all through the episode. *G*
Dean would certainly be a popular new inmate. :) And Sam can have conjugal visits. *g*
