Much love to Ridley's Brotherhood AU. Now THAT would be how to bring in other characters(I'm not saying exactly but it's a place to start). Those are the type of characters to be showing us.
Yes, even characters mentioned in passing - there is a feel of such richness there. Pastor Jim, Mac, Caleb (and I know he is a Dean-clone but I like that he seems to really put Dean first and protect him fiercely), Joshua, this Durant etc. Oh, and did you read the last ones where she deals with the roadhouse stuff? I gotta say I sniggered for two days about Caleb calling Jo "Sweet Valley Hunter." Hee.
