astri13I see, Merlin Season 5 finally has a Premiere date: it will start up on October 6th. Also known as next Saturday.
Well, that is last possible date to finish the Season this year if it runs all the way through without breaks like the last few years. I`m kind of wistful should this prove to be the last ever Season. I`m not so keen on the direction of the very central theme and I hope they don`t fuck it up too much in the end (Apparently they will do freaking Camlann in the Finale and they are talking about Arthur`s death being the endgame, though one can only imagine with their usual "twist". I really hope this show gets a Happy End, the legends had one of sorts, though going by the Producers I`m not sure they even understand that. Seriously, their babbling frightens me.) but I still have a great fondness for the first Season especially.
Back when it first aired, I was having a difficult time what with my job contract not having been renewed and feeling pretty down and unfailingly every Saturday the goofy, innocent charme of the show would cheer me up immensely, distracting me from RL woes. Cheers for that, little show.
