I didn't expect anything, to be honest. But I was very happy with the end result. Sure, the film as a whole was only average but the characters made it up for me. Similar to Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows.
I'm afraid you'll be very disappointed with Prometheus then, just a fair warning.
