It definitely takes a while to find its stride, half the first Season I'd say but I loved it for being one of the fast-paced shows I know. The plot is moving forward like a speedboat and about five or six characters have plots concurrently. Some shows don't even manage that with two. *cough*

Heh. Vampire Diaries and SPN would work pretty well, I think. In fact, it might even be a little on the nose. Though I'd pay good money for a Dean/Damon combo. Damon's last best friend was a vampire hunter so he should be fine with it and Dean might like his style. :D
And Grimm? They could be hunters comparing notes.
But I admit I'd be really curious for a SPN/Merlin-crossover. Time-travel to the middle ages? Woohoo.
