What I'd heard is it was a legal tangle about who owns the show -- Warner Bros. or Shoot-the-Moon Enterprises (Kate Jackson's own production company). So there's a hold up.

Oh my, all I can say is: make up and split the money. This is ridiculous. *stomps foot*
