I watched out of loyalty-having watched SG1 and Atlantis both from day one. Wasn't really that disappointed in the pilot because it was pretty much what I expected from the ads-doesn't mean I liked it. But last weeks-I was halfway through and realized I was bored out of my skull. Even Robert Carlyle couldn't keep me interested-and considering he's the only one of the cast with even a bit of charisma that doesn't bode well for me continuing to watch. I'm so disappointed in the creators that they felt the need to sell out to the BSG style. For all that I could agree that BSG was well made, I never really enjoyed it. And that's not something I could ever say about even my least favorite SG1 or SGA eps. Hope this doesn't bring the franchise to a screeching halt, though if this is what we have to look forward to from now on-I'll stick with my 15 years worth of fun shows. Yikes! Did I ramble. Sorry, guess I needed to get it out of my system.:)
