I kinda know what my problem is, I severely lack discipline. :( I have tons of ideas but to invest the actual effort to write them out as fics is often too much.
That`s why I thought challenges would be good for me. I`d feel deeply embarassed if I wouldn`t manage to finish on time or at all. Guess I`m just a pressure-needing type. And I hate pressure. *shakes head*
