Because I rewatched it then, too and I thought exactly the same thing. Including poor Dean in his ugly as fuck pyjamas in the middle of the night in november. Poor guy must have freezing.

And you know, right before the camera pans over to them they show a paramedic taking a gurney out of the EMT car. So I was all wtf??!?11ONE!?!
