Believe it or not, folks, but today a few rays of sun have intruded in Grumpy-land. After hitting rock bottom yesterday which to be fair wasn`t only due to disappointments on the entertainment front but also because real life crap I will not go into and health issues. Lately I seem to suffer from loss of appetite - not exactly a bad thing but losing 14 lbs in about two 1/2 weeks was maybe a bit much - nausea and strong headaches that flare up and down. Last night I could be found curled in my bed in a fetal position wishing to be put ouf of my misery.

Two painkillers and some sleep later the world does look brighter and I have awoken to some sweet-looking promo pics and the news that my favorite SPN-writer is still with the show. Yay.Tiny steps but maybe things might level out a bit still. So go me. :)

Yup, so vor 2 1/2 Wochen ich war bei ca 58/59 und gestern bin ich mal auf die Waage, da waren es 52. War selber überrascht.

Naja, nächste Woche hab ich einen Termin zum Durchleuchten meines Köpfchens. Hab eventuell das von meiner Mutter geerbt, die hat öfters Migraine-Anfälle.

Dein Doc hat aber auch Blut abgenommen wegen dem Gewicht, oder?

Das finde ich viel seltsamer. Selbst wenn du wenig isst. Wäre das etwas zuviel.

Hat er, war aber soweit alles in Ordnung, mal abgesehen von Unterzucker, der aber auch noch im erträglichen Bereich ist. Ich weiß nicht mal mehr den Wert. Und ein bißchen niedrigem Blutdruck, den ich immer schon hatte.

Schneller Gwichtsverlust ist bei mir vielleicht nicht ganz so schlimm, da ich den aus irgendwelchen Gründen immer schon hatte. Also wenn ich eine Woche erkältet bin und nur Süppchen schlürfe, purzelt`s bei mir deutlich. Pendelt sich dann aber auch relativ schnell wieder im Normalwert ein.

Es ist ja auch gar nicht schlecht, ein bißchen abnehmen wollte ich sowieso. :)
